Subscription & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription? +
If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find the app and tap Cancel. For Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. If you signed up on our website, log in to your account and go to Account Settings to manage your plan. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device? +
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase. Open the app and go to your account or settings page. There should be a "Restore Purchase" option. If it doesn't show up, try signing out and back in. Still having trouble? Email us at support@visible-things.com and include the email tied to your account.
I was charged but can't access premium content +
First, make sure you're logged in with the same account you used to subscribe. Try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't fix it, email us at support@visible-things.com with the email address on your account and a screenshot of the charge. We'll sort it out right away.
How do I request a refund? +
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. For Google Play, open the Play Store, go to your order history, and select the charge. For subscriptions made through our website, email us and we'll take care of it.
What subscription plans are available? +
Each app offers its own subscription tiers. Pricing and features vary by app. Open the app you're interested in and check the subscription page for current plans. You can also visit the app's website for a full breakdown of what's included at each tier.

What is Visible Things? +
Visible Things is a technology-focused media company that builds direct-to-fan streaming platforms for creators. We help talent connect with their most passionate audiences through custom apps, live streaming, and subscription-based content.
What devices are supported? +
Our apps are available on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. You can also stream through your web browser on desktop. Smart TV support varies by app. Check the specific app's listing for a full list of supported devices.
I'm having trouble streaming or the app is crashing +
Make sure you're on a stable internet connection and running the latest version of the app. Try closing it completely and reopening. If issues continue, email us at support@visible-things.com with your device type, OS version, and a description of the problem.
How do I delete my account? +
Email us at support@visible-things.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 48 hours. Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions first.
